If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just send back the fabric, unwashed and uncut, within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a credit, or exchange. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-day guarantee has expired. Credit amount will be less all freight charges incurred. Usually it takes us 24 hours (Monday through Friday, no shipments on Saturdays or Sundays) to process your order before we ship it. Delivery time takes 1 to 6 business days depends on how far you are from us.

Do you have a minimum order for fabric?
The minimum order is one yard.
How do I register?
Go to "My Account", it's located at the right top corner at the "Home" page at 800fabrics.com. At the right side, it says" Register", click there. Fill out all of the required boxes; From now on you can "Sign in" using your registered Login ID and password.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to "My Account", there you will see "Forgot your password? Click Here." Click on that and type in the email address that you used to register your "Log in" with us. Your password will be emailed to that email address.
Do you have a catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not. Because of our constantly changing inventory, it would not be cost effective for us to issue a printed catalog.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In most cases, as long as your order has not already been processed, it may be changed or cancelled. To do so, you can either email OR call customer support @ (877) 468-3399. Please be ready to provide your order number if possible. If it has already been processed, you have the option to refuse the shipment when it arrives, however the shipping charges will be at your expense. Unfortunately, special orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been confirmed by all parties involved.

Do you have a swatch card where I can see all your colors?
No. Our collection is from a variety of manufacturers. We buy what we like and so there is no "swatch card."
How to Exchange or Return an Item?
Please pack the item in the original package if you still have it. Please pack it carefully and send it via UPS or insured via US Postal Service to the address listed below. Inside the package please include a list containing your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return.
Can I order Swatches?
Swatches may be ordered by you, our customer to allow color matching, but may not include a full pattern. Shipping is absolutely FREE!!
Can I place an order over the phone or fax?
No, we do not take an order over the phone because we have to process an order by hand if we take an order over the phone, and it takes too much time to process.
